Behind the name Gierschmann are two independent companies – Gierschmann Legal and Gierschmann Consulting. The owner of Gierschmann Legal is Sibylle Gierschmann. The owner of Gierschmann Consulting is Markus Gierschmann. We are united by over 20 years of experience in implementing digital projects for global market players – always from different perspectives.
In the past, we have been active at large international consultancy firms. When it comes to the quality of our advice, our aspiration is to meet that of a global law firm or an international management consultancy. At the same time, we offer extremely personal long-term collaboration that is tailored to each individual client. Our goal is to provide innovative, solution-oriented advice that assists you in implementing your business models. What is new is that our clients have an increasing requirement for interdisciplinary collaboration. This applies to data protection law in particular. It makes sense, then, to bring both experiences in the operationalization of complex projects to the table. Naturally, our focus is entirely on your requirements and expectations.

Sibylle Gierschmann is the owner of the law firm, and has provided legal advice on issues in the digital area for over 20 years. Together with her team,she supports clients in implementing their business models. She supports them in non-contentious as well as in contentious matters.
Gierschmann Consulting is a management consultancy specializing in data protection management, management systems, and compliance.
Markus Gierschmann, who owns the firm, graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management and has been active for over 20 years as a management consultant in the area of process harmonization and systems implementation for international companies. He brings this experience into the operationalization of data protection.
